Ottica Lipari ships worldwide via DHL.
Ready-to-ship products are delivered within 3 working days in Italy and within 5 working days in other countries. Other products may take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
Details on availability and actual shipping times are always displayed in each product page.
If you make an order after 12:00 PM, on Saturday and Sunday or during the holidays, it will be processed the next working day.
After your order is sent, you will receive an email with all its details. We will also send you the package’s tracking code in a separate email; you may use it for checking the delivery status of your shipment on DHL’s website.
Notice: due to the containment measures for Covid-19, the manufacture of prescription lenses and custom tints may take longer than normal. Our customer service will update you on the actual delivery times. Unshipped orders can be canceled without penalty and will be fully refunded.
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered in Italy and Europe.
International shipping fares usually range from 15 € to 60 €, depending on the country of destination. You can check the actual shipping fare by specifying the shipping address during the purchase process.
Any custom duties are on international orders will be charged to the recipient.
